The P6717 general-purpose logic probe connects the Tektronix MSO70000 Series of mixed-signal oscilloscopes to digital buses and signals on your target system. The probe includes 16 data channels and one clock/data channel. Each probe channel includes a signal pin and a ground pin. You can connect the probe leads separately to the target system, or group the leads together using the probe tip holders.
